Salut, I’m Manuela and I’m passionate about organizational culture and intercultural communication.
I have always been fascinated by how organizations are run and how different types of leadership affect communication, efficiency and employee satisfaction. My goal is to facilitate human connection by listening to people’s stories, connecting different stakeholders’ perspectives and helping businesses to make a positive impact. I have worked with organizations from the healthcare, wellness, media and tech industries, and I’m always ready to learn about something new.
Born in Romania, I studied political science and anthropology in Bucharest, where I first discovered freelance work and the use of qualitative research outside academia. I conducted research for documentary productions, small and medium businesses entering new markets, customer service and communications. In 2015, I moved to the UK to work as a digital marketer, and since 2017 I’ve been based in Lund, Sweden, where I graduated with an MA in applied cultural analysis at Lund University.
