Hej, I’m Linn and I love working on projects where I can help clients set aside their preconceptions and open to perspectives other than their own.
I have a masters in applied cultural analysis and a bachelor in media and communications studies from Lund University. I have done research about youth and sexual violence in a collaborative project between Lund University and Malmo’s department on social work with the purpose of improving collaboration between institutions and professional praxis in encounters with children prone to sexual violence. I also worked with NGOs (Wale Wale in Kenya and Save the Children in Lund) for improving their communications and fundraising.
Inclusion has always been important to me, making room for differences and for people to understand and be with each other. Cultural analysis as a method allows people to speak their personal truth in contexts where that could prove difficult, such as with vulnerable groups. This also means that my work comes with a great responsibility to respect people’s experiences and consider their wellbeing in the research process.
